This policy explains how refunds are handled for Skillocampus question bank purchases.
Digital Access
Our question banks are digital products. Access is normally provided immediately after successful payment.
By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content included with your selected membership.
Refunds After Access Has Started
Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are not normally available once access has started, except where required by law.
Technical Problems
If you cannot access a question bank you have paid for, contact us at support@skillocampus.com. Please include the email address used for purchase and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is caused by our website and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund, extension, or other appropriate remedy.
Duplicate Purchases and Payment Errors
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, contact us. Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction.
We may also consider a refund where there has been another payment or transaction error.
