DOccMed Exam Day Guide
Exactly what happens on exam day, what gets people flagged, and how to avoid preventable mistakes.
What to Expect
The exam is remotely invigilated. You are monitored via webcam, microphone, and screen share throughout. You must verify your identity and scan your room before starting. The process is strict and continuous.
Before the Exam
Install TestReach, complete system checks, and confirm your slot at least 3 days before. Have login details and ID ready. Most issues happen here — not during the exam itself.
On the Day
Log in 20–30 minutes early. A supervisor will check your identity and environment. Your desk must be completely clear before you’re allowed to proceed.
Rules You Cannot Break
- No notes or external material
- No second screen or device
- No phone access during exam
- No communication with others
Breaches can stop your exam immediately and invalidate your result.
During the Exam
You are continuously monitored. Even small behaviours like repeatedly looking away can be flagged. Assume everything is being observed.
Common Problems
Most problems are preventable: poor internet, untested systems, or login issues. Fix these in advance and the exam itself is straightforward.
